Key Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of catering/hospitality team members to achieve a successful event run.s
Allocate correctly tasks between the team members
Mitigate issues and emergencies on the floor
Mitigates issues between the team and other vendors presented on-site during the event
Control that everyone checks in on time and has uniform standards
Manage team's breaks
Give a full report including inventory, any damaged items, the overall success of the event, feedback for future events, etc.
Ensures accuracy and customer satisfaction
Other tasks to achieve a successful event run
Requirements
Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization and SSN card
Must speak English
Ability to lift and carry up to forty-five (45) lbs
A minimum of 3 years experience as an event captain or similar
Great time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage many staff members
Excellent communication abilities
