1. Maintain a Professional Appearance

  • Comfortable Non-Slip Shoes
    Shoes are recommended to be professional non-slip shoes to prevent spills and falls and should be black or dark-colored, clean, polished, and presentable

  • Wait Staff Appearance
    Men should be well-groomed, clean-shaven, with hair neat and presentable. Women should have their hair pulled away from their face, and no excess jewelry. the wait staff is required to have no visible tattoos or extra piercings such as nose, lip, or tongue. No excessive perfume or cologne is tolerated.

2. Hospitality, smiles, willingness to help

There are many subtleties to providing great hospitality that event waitstaff can utilize to create a memorable experience for the guest. A little effort can go a long way to make the guest feel extra special. Smiling, warm personality, answering questions politely, being respectful at all times, giving recommendations on the menu, pulling out the chairs for the ladies, and serving them also first. Provide crayons or pencils and paper for children to keep them occupied, checking in on your guests with a certain frequency without being disruptive.

3. Keep Guest Conversations Private
