Servers
Sit-down dinner: 1 server for 10 guests
Cocktail reception: 2 food passers + 1 busser for 50 guests
Bartenders
Wine-and-beer bar: 1 bartender for 75 guests
Full bar: 1 bartender for 50 guests
For larger events with multiple servers and bartenders, complicated setup/breakdown, and strict timelines, an Event Captain will be needed to lead and coordinate the rest of the catering event staff.
It is always best to secure any event-related bookings in advance, preferably once the date is confirmed. If your guest count happens to change, we can always adjust the number of staff accordingly.
