For Julia Valler, exceptional service isn’t just a priority—it’s a passion. This core belief became the foundation of Julia Valler Event Staffing. Her journey began with a dream of owning her own event business, a spark ignited after watching The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez. Today, that dream is a thriving reality, with Julia leading a renowned event staffing agency in the heart of NYC.

With years of hands-on experience in the events industry, working for top catering companies and planners, Julia saw firsthand the need for a higher standard of service. A perfectionist by nature, she was determined to build a team of like-minded professionals who shared her commitment to excellence. One of those individuals was her husband, Nick Valler, whose dedication and support became instrumental in bringing her vision to life. Together, they founded Julia Valler Event Staffing in 2013, with Julia as President and Chief Creative Officer and Nick ensuring seamless operations.

Fueled by the overwhelming success of the NYC headquarters, Julia expanded the company’s footprint, launching additional branches in Miami (2021), Los Angeles (2022), Chicago and Houston (2023), Las Vegas (2024), and most recently, San Francisco and San Diego (2025).
