How to Build a Successful Bartender Team

For seamless bar service, we suggest designating a Captain to manage your bartending team. A good guideline is one bartender per 75 guests for a partial bar and one per 50 guests for a full bar. To enhance efficiency, we can also provide skilled servers and bussers to assist with drink service.

Booking bartenders early is always best once your event date is set, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever we can.
