A balanced team is key to running a seamless, successful event. Here are some useful tips to make sure you have the right staff lined up for your big day:
  • Start with Leadership

    We suggest appointing a Captain to lead the team of servers and bartenders. This role keeps everything on track and handles any issues that may come up, allowing you to relax and enjoy the event.
  • Staff to Serve Food

    When determining how many party servers to hire, a good rule of thumb is one server for every ten guests at a seated dinner. For cocktail-style events, we suggest two food servers and one busser for every fifty guests.

  • Staff For the Bar

    For a partial bar, we suggest one bartender for every 75 guests. If you’re offering a full bar, plan on one bartender for every 50 guests.
  • Be Prepared
