Tips for Putting Together a Winning Bartender Team

To ensure smooth service, we recommend appointing a Captain to oversee your bartending team. For optimal coverage, plan for one bartender per 75 guests with a partial bar, and one per 50 guests for a full bar setup. If your event includes drink service, we can also provide professional servers and bussers to support your team.

The earlier you book your bartenders, the better — especially once your event date is confirmed. That said, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
