In addition to having enough catering staff, for larger events, it is highly recommended that if you require a large catering wait staff, to employ the use of one of our event captains so as to keep all of the catering staff organized and on a task in a seamless fashion. This way all of the flow of information is coming from one source down to the catering staff so that everyone is on the same page.
It is also our recommendation to you to hire your catering wait staff as soon as your event date is finalized. We can work with emergency situations, such as your guest count suddenly increasing and you find yourself needing additional staff members, but as a rule of thumb, the earlier you book, the better.
