Inspired by the film The Wedding Planner, she set out to build a world-class events agency focused on people, hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences. That vision became reality in 2013, when Julia founded Julia Valler Event Staffing in New York City.
By bringing together like-minded, service-driven professionals, Julia quickly turned the NYC location into a trusted industry leader. As demand grew, so did the company’s presence, expanding to Miami in 2021, Los Angeles in 2022, and later to San Francisco, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Washington, DC.
