We have a large selection of models for hire to choose from. To book a model just contact our office or leave a request on our website and our account executive will contact you.
What responsibilities does promo staff have?
When you hire promotional models you have staff that can help with your indoor or outdoor events, they will represent your company in a positive and friendly manner, distribute any promotional materials, engage with customers and tell them about your brand or product.
When would it be better to hire promotional models?

Can I pay to promo models directly?
All payments for promo staff need to be made to the office directly by check, credit card, cash, or bank transfer. All payments made to the staff will be considered gratuity and will not be considered as payment for services rendered.
If I have a problem with promotional staff during the event who could I contact to solve a problem?
Generally, there should be no issues but should anything arise, you can speak to the team leader to resolve the issue, or contact our office and ask to speak with your account executive.
How can I leave feedback about your event models?
If you have booked event models for hire with us, we would greatly appreciate your feedback. You can leave a review either on our Google or Facebook.
Can I choose promo models by photos online?
We have a wide selection of promo models with different backgrounds and looks. We can prepare an online photo presentation of the staff for you so that you can personally choose the staff that will work at your event.
Do you have any types of uniforms for promo models?
For most promo events our clients choose to provide the uniform for promo models so they can customize the look. Also, our promo models can provide jeans with a white or black T-shirt (or you can provide a branded shirt for them). You can view additional uniform options here.
How many promo models do I need to engage 100 people?
It would really depend on the details of your event and what would be the responsibilities of promo staff, so we suggest speaking to your account executive about your needs and they will help you choose the right amount of promo staff.
Can you hold a live casting of promotional models for me?
Photo and video castings are our clients top choice because it saves them time, money and allows to see more options. Should you require any other format of casting please speak to your account representative and they will do their best to accommodate your request.
If I need event models every month, can you offer a discount?
We are always happy to help with promo staffing on a constant basis. We offer special pricing and benefits based on the clients' needs. Please ask to speak with a manager regarding becoming an on account client and they will help prepare a proposal just for you.

It would depend on the industry you are in but fall is very busy for promo staff.
Is transportation cost included in the price of hiring promo staff?
If your promo event is not reachable by subway, the cost of transportation will be included in your proposal.

If you are a returning client, you can ask your account executive if the particular promo model is available for your event and if they are, we will be happy to book them.
Do I need to provide promo staff with meals or breaks?
You are not obliged to provide the promo staff with meals, though a break time should be provided.
