Every staff member has a 5-hour minimum per shift. There’s no minimum team size: we’re happy to send one bartender for a client dinner or more than 100 staff for a large conference.
Definitely. Ship your branded shirts, jackets or accessories to us or to the venue before the event. If you don’t have branded clothing, we’ll match your dress code — anything from classic all-black to cocktail attire.
They are W-2 employees of Julia Valler, not freelancers or independent contractors. We take care of payroll and taxes for every team member.
We confirm every shift ahead of time and keep backup staff on call. If someone becomes unavailable, we send a vetted replacement — often before you notice — and your on-site team lead coordinates any changes.
Hourly rates typically fall between $37 and $55 per staff member. Pricing is based on the role, venue location, shift length, event date (weekends and holidays may cost more), how early you book, and special requirements like language skills or extra training.
