How far ahead should I book party staff in Houston?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, and earlier for holiday parties in December, New Year’s Eve, and busy spring weekends. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability.

How many bartenders and servers should I hire?

As a guide, plan one bartender per 50–75 guests and one server per 15–25 guests for a seated dinner; cocktail parties need fewer servers. Tell us your plans and we’ll suggest the right team.

Do your bartenders supply the alcohol?

No. You buy the alcohol, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and our bartenders take care of setup, service, and cleanup. We can recommend trusted beverage suppliers if needed.

Do you staff parties outside Houston?

Yes. We staff homes and venues across the Houston area, including The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Katy. A travel fee may apply to longer distances and will be shown clearly in your quote.

Will staff help with setup and cleanup?

Yes. Staff arrive before guests to set up the bar and service areas, keep things tidy during the party, and help with breakdown afterward. This time is included in the booked hours.

How much does party staff in Houston cost?

Cost depends on staff roles, number of staff, shift length, and your date, with holidays and longer travel affecting the total.
