Plan to book at least 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for major games, tournaments, or multi-day events — demand for experienced staff spikes around LA’s biggest sports weekends. Early booking helps us coordinate staffing around your schedule, and we accommodate last-minute requests whenever availability allows.
Yes. We can schedule a consistent team for every day of your event, subject to availability. Share your full schedule early so we can prioritize continuity and plan coverage throughout the tournament.
Yes. Our staff work outdoor sporting events in heat, sun, and occasional rain, provided conditions remain safe. We coordinate with you on attire, shade, hydration, and breaks, and extreme heat or severe weather may require adjustments to protect staff and guests.
Yes. We staff stadiums, golf courses, private clubs, and other venues across Southern California, including Orange County, Pasadena, and Long Beach. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and schedule, and any additional costs will be included in your quote.
If a staff member becomes unavailable, we promptly arrange a vetted replacement. Your dedicated contact keeps you informed and coordinates backup support to keep your event on track.
Rates typically run from $37 to $55 per hour per staff member, depending on the role, venue location, schedule, and service requirements. A five-hour minimum applies. Visit our pricing page for more details. Large staffing orders receive custom pricing based on scope, volume, and duration.
