We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, and earlier for December holiday parties, New Year’s Eve, and popular weekend dates. We also accept last-minute requests when staff are available.
A good rule of thumb is one bartender for every 50–75 guests and one server for every 15–25 guests at a seated dinner; cocktail parties need fewer servers. Share your plans and we’ll suggest the right team.
No. You provide the wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and our bartenders handle setup, service, and cleanup. We can share contacts for trusted beverage suppliers if needed.
Yes. We staff homes and venues across the Bay Area, including Marin, the Peninsula, and the East Bay. A travel fee may apply to longer distances and will be shown clearly in your quote.
Yes. Staff arrive before guests to set up the bar and service areas, keep things tidy during the party, and help with breakdown. This time is included in the booked hours.
Cost depends on staff roles, number of staff, shift length, and your date, with holidays and longer travel affecting the total.
