We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, and earlier for major games, large teams, or multi-day tournaments in the Bay Area. Booking early gives us more time to plan around your schedule and needs, and we still help with last-minute requests whenever staff are available.
Yes. Based on availability, we can provide a consistent team for each day of your event. Share your complete schedule early so we can plan for continuity across the full tournament.
Yes. Our staff work outdoor sports events in sunny afternoons, cool fog, and windy evenings by the Bay, as long as conditions remain safe. We'll coordinate layered attire, shelter, hydration, and breaks with you, and severe weather may require adjustments to protect staff and guests.
Yes. We staff stadiums, golf courses, private clubs, and other venues across the Bay Area, including Oakland, San Jose, and Santa Clara, as well as locations farther away. Travel or accommodation costs may apply depending on location and schedule, and any extra costs will appear in your quote.
We promptly arrange a qualified replacement. Your dedicated contact keeps you updated and coordinates backup support so your event isn't disrupted.
Rates typically range from $37 to $55 per hour per staff member, depending on the role, schedule, and service requirements, with a five-hour minimum. More details are on our pricing page. Large staffing orders are quoted individually based on scope, volume, and duration.
