The best candidates get invited to our Midtown Manhattan office for a multi-layer interview that includes a test specific to the role they are applying for. Banquet Servers and Bartenders

Skillful, polished, and personable Servers and Bartenders for events of any size. Our wait staff for hire will arrive an hour or two before the event start time to set up space.

Banquet Servers typically set up the reception, dining room, and sanitation areas, while the Bartenders set the bars with the appropriate glassware, cut garnishes, and ice the beverages that need to be chilled. This allows for the main portion of the event to run smoothly. Breakdown and, when appropriate, resetting the space after completion of the service are also included in the booking.

Banquet Captains

For events larger than 50 people or any events that require complex setup, receiving rental equipment, coordinating a large team of staff, and overseeing other logistics, we recommend booking a Banquet Captain. Our Banquet Captains are seasoned professionals that have years of experience and hundreds of events under their belt. They can take a lot of workload off your hands so that you can attend to other responsibilities or enjoy your event.

Sanitation Staff and Captains

Back of house team members play an important role in enabling the guest-facing part of the service flow smoothly. Their presence is especially important for larger events with strict timelines. Sanitation Staff receives plates, silverware, and glasses during the clearing of each course and makes sure that all these rental supplies get sorted and put away orderly, so there are no delays in service. They also help with the setup and breakdown of events and ensure that all waste is disposed properly. For the large back of house teams, we also offer experienced Sanitation Captains.
