What are the responsibilities of a model brand ambassador?
The brand ambassador will represent your company: they can hand out marketing material or questioneries, wear company branded clothing, provide clients with information about your company (provided by you) and etc. Contact our managers to discuss what your needs are.
How can I hire brand ambassadors?
You can hire a brand ambassador by leaving a request on our website, calling, or sending an email.
I want to present my new product in a certain park. Can you get permission for me?
Permits for holding public events must be obtained by the client.
Do you have any types of uniforms for brand ambassadors?
Brand ambassadors can wear jeans, black or white T-shirt and sneakers. To discuss all possible uniform options, please speak to our account manager.
How many brand ambassadors do you recommend to distribute my product near my boutique?
Since we provide a personal approach for each event, it would really depend on the volume of traffic and your personal goals. Call us to get a free consultation for your event.
How can I choose the brand ambassadors for my event?
We offer two options of choosing brand ambassadors for your event. You can tell our account manager the criteria you would like and your needs and we will choose the staff for you or we can prepare an online photo presentation of available brand ambassadors for you to personally choose from.
Can I cancel brand ambassadors?
We understand that sometimes things don't go the way you planned. If you need to cancel brand ambassadors for an event please let your account manager know as soon as possible. Cancellation will result in 50% cancellation fee, cancellation made 1 day or less before event date will result in 100% fee.
Can I extend brand ambassadors hours during the event?
Yes, if you would like the brand ambassadors to stay longer you will be charged the same hourly rate payable to the company directly.
If a brand ambassador is late how do you compensate for it?
Though we expect punctuality from our brand ambassadors, if a staff member arrives more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled time you will be reimbursed for the time by our office.
Can I hire brand ambassadors the day of my event?
Yes, we suggest making the booking as soon as you know of your event so that you have a wide choice of brand ambassadors but we do our best to accomodate same day bookings.
Can you offer a photo shoot of my event with brand ambassadors?
Yes, please make sure to speak to your account manager and discuss all your needs for the event.
Should I provide breaks for brand ambassadors during the event?
Yes, if the brand abasadors are hired for more than a 5 hour shift you will need to provide breaks.
Should I pay the whole amount for hiring brand ambassadors before the event?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the brand ambassadors for your event and a 100% of the amount is due no later than 3 days prior to the event.
How many female and male brand ambassadors do you have in your roster?
We have over 750 staff in our roster currently so you can be sure that we will be able to match you with the staff you need.
If I like your brand ambassadors can I hire the same brand ambassadors next time?
Of course, as long as the brand ambassadors are available for your event, which is why we always suggest booking model staff as soon as you know your event date.
