How far in advance should we book staff for a Las Vegas event?

Two to four weeks is ideal for most events. For major conventions and trade shows, which can book up much of the city, and for the November–December holiday season, reserve four to six weeks ahead. Short timeline? Contact us anyway — we often fill last-minute requests.

What is the minimum booking for event staff?

Staff are booked for a minimum of 5 hours per shift. There’s no minimum team size — we can provide a single bartender for a client dinner or a team of 100+ for a convention.

Can staff wear our brand’s uniforms?

Yes. Send branded shirts, jackets or accessories to us or to the venue before your event. Without uniforms, we’ll match your dress code, from classic all-black to cocktail attire.

Who employs your event staff?

Julia Valler does. Our staff are W-2 employees of the agency, not freelancers or independent contractors, and we handle payroll and taxes.

What if a team member can’t make it?

Every shift is confirmed ahead of time, and backup staff are on call. If someone can’t attend, we send a vetted replacement — usually before you notice — and your on-site team lead handles any changes.

How much does corporate event staffing in Las Vegas cost?

Expect rates of about $37 to $55 per hour per staff member. Final pricing depends on the role, venue location, shift length, event date (weekends and holidays may cost more), booking lead time, and special requirements such as language skills or extra training.
