For a large corporate reception in Las Vegas, our team provided 30+ professional wait staff to support an evening event welcoming more than 500 guests.
Our servers managed tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, beverage service, table clearing, guest assistance, and continuous venue upkeep throughout the reception. With hundreds of guests arriving within a short period, the team had to move quickly while maintaining polished, attentive service.
To keep service consistent across the venue, staff were assigned to dedicated guest areas and coordinated throughout the evening as traffic shifted between the reception, networking spaces, and food stations.
Over the course of the 5-hour event, our waitstaff helped the client maintain smooth service, clean guest areas, and a professional hospitality experience from the first arrivals through the final guest departure.
