How early should I book party staff in Las Vegas?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for holiday weekends, New Year’s Eve, and major event weekends in the city. We also handle last-minute requests when staff are available.

How many bartenders and servers do I need?

As a starting point, plan one bartender for every 50–75 guests and one server for every 15–25 guests at a seated dinner; cocktail and pool parties need fewer servers. Share your plans and we’ll recommend a team.

Do your bartenders provide the alcohol?

No. You supply the alcohol, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and our bartenders handle setup, service, and cleanup. We can share contacts for trusted beverage suppliers if needed.

Do you staff parties outside Las Vegas?

Yes. We staff homes, villas, and venues across the valley, including Henderson, Summerlin, and Lake Las Vegas. A travel fee may apply to longer distances and will be shown clearly in your quote.

Will staff help with setup and cleanup?

Yes. Staff arrive before guests to set up the bar and service areas, keep things tidy during the party, and help with breakdown. This time is included in the booked hours.

How much does party staff in Las Vegas cost?

Cost depends on staff roles, number of staff, shift length, and your date, with holidays and longer travel affecting the total.
