How far in advance should we book staff for a sporting event in Las Vegas?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for high-demand weeks such as major games, race weekends, or big fights, when the city fills up fast. Early booking gives us time to plan around your schedule, and we still handle last-minute requests whenever staff are available.

Can we have the same staff for every day of a multi-day event?

Yes. Subject to availability, we can assign a consistent team for the full length of your event. Send us the complete schedule early so we can plan for continuity from the first day to the last.

Can your staff work outdoor events in the Las Vegas heat?

Yes. Our staff work outdoor sports events in desert heat as well as cooler evenings, as long as conditions are safe. We plan attire, shade, hydration, and breaks with you ahead of time, and extreme heat or severe weather may require schedule adjustments to protect staff and guests.

Do you provide staff outside the Las Vegas Strip?

Yes. We staff stadiums, golf courses, private clubs, and other venues throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson and Summerlin, as well as locations farther away. Travel or accommodation costs may apply depending on location and schedule, and any extra costs are listed in your quote.

What if a staff member can't make it to the event?

We quickly arrange a qualified replacement. Your dedicated contact will keep you informed and coordinate backup support so your event continues without interruption.

How much does sports event staffing in Las Vegas cost?

Rates generally range from $37 to $55 per hour per staff member, based on the role, schedule, and service requirements, with a five-hour minimum. Check our pricing page for more information. Large staffing orders receive custom pricing based on scope, volume, and duration.
