We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for major Las Vegas conventions, when the whole city is booked up and demand for staff peaks. Early booking gives you more choice for specific roles and language skills, and we still accommodate last-minute requests whenever staff are available.
Yes. Our staff can scan attendee badges with your lead retrieval app or device and follow your qualification process. Please provide access and a short walkthrough before the show floor opens.
Yes. Subject to availability, we can schedule the same team at your booth for every day of a multi-day convention. Share your schedule when booking so we can plan for continuity.
Yes. Our staff can wear your branded shirts or event attire for a consistent booth look. Send uniform details and sizes in advance, plus pickup information.
