We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for summer weekends, December holiday parties, and New Year’s Eve. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability.
As a guide, plan one bartender for every 50–75 guests and one server for every 15–25 guests at a seated dinner; cocktail and backyard parties need fewer servers. Share your plans and we’ll recommend a team.
No. You provide the alcohol, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and our bartenders handle setup, service, and cleanup. We can share contacts for trusted beverage suppliers if needed.
Yes. We staff homes and venues across San Diego County, including North County, Rancho Santa Fe, and Coronado. A travel fee may apply to longer distances and will be shown clearly in your quote.
Yes. Staff arrive before guests to set up the bar and service areas, keep things tidy during the party, and help with breakdown. This time is included in the booked hours.
Cost depends on staff roles, number of staff, shift length, and your date, with holidays and longer travel affecting the total.
