Yes. We train staff on your registration platform before the event, so they can check in attendees, print badges, and process on-site registrations.
Team size depends on attendance, arrival peaks, and how many check-in stations you plan. Send us your numbers, and we'll suggest a staffing level and shift plan.
Yes. We aim to keep one team for the entire convention, so staff already know your venue, schedule, and returning attendees after the first day.
Yes. Spanish-English bilingual staff are available, and other languages can be arranged on request, depending on availability.
