We suggest booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for big games, large teams, or multi-day tournaments. More notice gives us time to plan staffing around your schedule and needs, and we'll still do our best with last-minute requests whenever staff are available.
Yes. Subject to availability, we can schedule a consistent team for each day of your event. Send us the full schedule early so we can plan for continuity throughout the tournament.
Yes. Our staff work outdoor sports events in full sun, coastal breezes, and cool evenings, as long as conditions are safe. We plan attire, shade, sunscreen, hydration, and breaks with you in advance, and severe weather may require adjustments to protect staff and guests.
Yes. We staff stadiums, golf courses, private clubs, and other venues across San Diego County, including La Jolla, Del Mar, and Carlsbad, as well as locations farther away. Travel or accommodation costs may apply depending on location and schedule, and any extra charges are included in your quote.
We move quickly to send a qualified replacement. Your dedicated contact will keep you informed and coordinate backup coverage so your event runs smoothly.
Rates usually range from $37 to $55 per hour per staff member, depending on the role, schedule, and service requirements, with a five-hour minimum. You can find details on our pricing page. Large staffing orders receive custom pricing based on scope, volume, and duration.
