Banquet Servers are there to provide excellent guest services serving food in a variety of means. From sit-down table service, family style, french or buffet style, our banquet servers are adept to be able to serve any of these styles.
Event Bartenders create an inviting atmosphere at the bar and provide great client service. Warmly greeting the guests, creating craft cocktails and other special menu drinks, serving beer and wine, and maintaining a clean, stocked, visually appealing and orderly bar area.
Bar Captains are responsible for overseeing the main bar and any satellite bars that are procured during the event. Keeping in constant communication with the bartenders and barbacks to handle any issues as they happen and address them immediately. Ensuring the speed of service required for the type of event is going forward without a hitch.
Event Captain looks after the event as a whole. This person delegates responsibilities as needed and makes sure all steps are being followed and the events timeline is being followed correctly and efficiently.
Sanitation Captains look over the event and are in charge of the busser staff. They disperse bussers as needed for spills or if the restrooms are in disarray. They make sure that tables are being cleared and reset and the venue is neat and clean.
Food Passers serve passed appetizers on serving trays depending on the menu established and order of events. Serve the food with a description of te items on the tray. Provide guests with napkins.
Coat Check Attendants handle taking in all guest coats, bags, umbrellas and other large items they want held in safety. Keep record of items and guests as provided by event details.
Barback is responsible for restocking and cleaning the bar areas, including cocktail tables. Maintaining supplies of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, paper supplies, glassware, garnishes, and more. Wiping down bar top and surrounding bar tables if any. Placing new setups if required by event details.
Bussers clear, wipe down, and reset tables with appropriate settings. Periodically walk the venue with broom and pan to sweep up any debris. Mop when required. Look after the restrooms to make sure clean and well stocked.
