How far in advance should we book event staff in Dallas?

Two to four weeks ahead is ideal for most events. For large conferences, sales kickoffs, and the November–December holiday season, book four to six weeks out. Short notice? Contact us — we regularly cover last-minute requests across DFW.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Each staff member is booked for a minimum of 5 hours per shift. There’s no minimum number of staff, so we can send one bartender for a client dinner or a team of 100+ for a conference.

Do your staff wear our branded apparel?

They can. Send branded shirts, jackets or accessories to us or to your venue ahead of time. If you don’t have branded apparel, we’ll match your dress code, from classic all-black to business or cocktail attire.

Do you use freelancers or employees?

Employees. Every Julia Valler team member is a W-2 employee of our agency, not a freelancer or independent contractor, and we handle payroll and taxes.

What if a scheduled staff member can’t make it?

Every shift is confirmed ahead of time, and backup staff stay on call. If someone can’t make it, we send a vetted replacement — often before you notice — and your on-site team lead manages any changes.

How much does corporate event staffing in Dallas cost?

Most rates fall between $37 and $55 per hour per staff member. Your price depends on the role, venue location, shift length, event date (weekends and holidays may cost more), how far ahead you book, and any special requirements such as language skills or extra training.
