Dallas Expo Staffing FAQ
For major shows at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, we suggest booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially in spring and fall when the convention calendar is busy. We can often fill shorter-notice requests as well.
Yes. Our team works with standard lead-retrieval apps and scanners and follows your qualification questions, so your sales team gets usable leads.
Yes. Whenever possible we keep the same people on your booth for the full run of the expo, so they build on what they learned on day one.
Yes. Staff can wear your branded apparel, or we can recommend a dress code that fits your booth design and audience.
Yes. We provide Spanish-English bilingual staff, and other languages can be arranged on request, depending on availability.
Cost depends on staff roles, headcount, shift length, and special requirements such as bilingual skills. Rates usually range from $37–$55 per hour, with a five-hour minimum per staff member; multi-day and recurring bookings may qualify for custom pricing.
