SERVER/Bartender - DaLLAS, TX

Julia Valler Event Staffing is hiring event servers and bartenders to join our team in Dallas!

Experienced server + bartender needed for a luxury boutique brand in the Highland Park area. Regular daily shifts starting Oct 11.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients alongside the boutique host, escort them to their seating area, and introduce them to the appropriate Sales Associate.
Offer and serve coffee, water, and champagne promptly and courteously.
Maintain an active presence on the boutique floor, anticipating clients’ needs and providing attentive service.
Unpack and organize beverage deliveries, and restock refrigerators and shelves as needed.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service
Follow all boutique policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform and grooming standards.
Serve VIP clientele with professionalism, discretion, and respect for their privacy.

Requirements

Must be located in or near Dallas, TX
At least 3 years of experience as a server and at least 3 years as a bartender
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented presentation
Strong communication and guest service skills
Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working in a refined environment
Premium restaurant / high-end venue background
Must be eligible to work in the United States

What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay - $24-28/hr (W-2)
You’ll work 3–5 days per week on a mutually agreed-upon schedule, with shifts scheduled within the hours listed below.
- Monday–Saturday: 11am–5pm
- Sunday: 12pm–5pm
- 30 minute paid break per shift
Location: Highland Park, TX (Dallas County)
