Just in time for North America’s largest art fair, Chanel opened a boutique in Miami during Art Basel 2021 and chose Julia Valler Staffing & Events as one of two strategic partners to provide 15 premium male models who acted as Brand Ambassadors throughout the entire show.

Permanent staffing
The Polo Bar by Ralph Lauren opened in 2014. The New York City restaurant hired front-of-house staffing through Julia Valler, including hosts, servers, and bartenders. The Polo Bar was filled with incredibly high-end clientele, including celebrities. The Polo Bar by Ralph Lauren entrusted over 30 staff members of Julia Valler to cycle through all of the necessary positions in an exclusive restaurant. A new elegant hotel in the heart of Downtown New York opened its doors right before New York Fashion Week in September 2022, hosting corporate events and after-parties for up to 400 guests for Chanel, Givenchy, Carolina Herrera, and Stella McCartney corporate offices.

Corporate Event Staffing FAQ
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, and 4–6 weeks for large conferences or the busy holiday season (November–December). Need staff sooner? Contact us anyway — we regularly fill last-minute requests, depending on availability in your city.
Yes. Each staff member is booked for a minimum of 5 hours per shift. There is no minimum number of staff — we can send a single bartender for a client dinner or a team of 100+ for a conference.
Our team can wear your branded shirts, jackets or accessories — just send them to us or to the venue before the event. If you don't have uniforms, we'll match the dress code to your event, from classic all-black to cocktail attire.
All Julia Valler staff are W-2 employees of our agency — not freelancers or independent contractors. We handle payroll and taxes.
We confirm every shift in advance and keep backup staff on call. If someone can't make it, we send a vetted replacement — usually before you even notice. Your on-site team lead handles any changes during the event.
Rates typically range from $37 to $55 per hour per staff member. The final price depends on the role, your event's location, the length of the shift, the date (weekends and holidays may cost more), how far in advance you book and any special requirements such as language skills or extra training.
