Yes. Our staff can scan attendee badges using your event’s lead retrieval app or device, following your instructions. Please provide access to the system and a brief walkthrough before the show begins.
Yes. We can arrange for the same team to support your booth throughout a multi-day show, subject to staff availability. Let us know your full schedule when booking so we can prioritize team continuity.
Yes. Our staff can wear your branded shirts or other event attire to create a consistent look at your booth. Please share uniform requirements and sizing needs in advance, along with details on when and where staff will receive the items.
Yes. Bilingual booth staff is available upon request, subject to language and location availability. Let us know which languages you need when booking, and we’ll work to find staff who meet your requirements.
Pricing depends on the event location, staff roles, number of staff, shift length, and any additional requirements, such as bilingual skills. Rates typically range from $37–$55 per hour, with a five-hour minimum per staff member. Large orders and recurring bookings may qualify for custom pricing.
